What started as a side quest quickly became our main adventure—a journey fueled by family, friendship, and a love for sharing life’s sweetest moments.

As a proud Army family, service and community are at the heart of who we are. With nearly 20 years of dedication, my husband is still proudly serving our great nation. Along the way, we’ve been blessed to meet incredible people who have become part of our extended family, shaping the values we hold closest: connection, kindness, and hospitality.

For me, baking has always been an expression of love. With over 30 years of experience, I’ve baked for family, friends, workplace gatherings, and my husband’s Army teammates—watching smiles spread with each bite. What began as a simple hobby has blossomed into Batch by Jaime, a dream come true where we now get to create, share, and bring joy through every cookie and baked good we make.
